05 ◆ Your Guests

Everything about your guests,
in one place.

This is where one design becomes one file per guest — each with their own name, their own table and their own reply link. To begin, all we need is your guests' names and addresses; seating and the rest follow whenever you're ready.

Security tip: Your guest list contains personal information. Do not access this portal on shared or public devices.

Your guests' details stay private to your event — encrypted in transit, never sold or shared, and used only to create and send your stationery. How we protect your data ↗

A note on dietary requirements: your guests' RSVP asks about attendance, a plus-one, travel and access — it does not ask about food or allergies. If your caterer needs that, please collect it separately; we'd hate you to find out after everyone has replied.

This part is entirely optional — your suite and designs don't depend on it. Whenever you're ready, we'll help you build your list, personalize every invitation, collect RSVPs, and arrange the seating. Start when it suits you — or skip it altogether.

Emails, phones, “+1”s and couples are picked up automatically — you’ll see a preview first.

A plus-one is a companion on this guest’s invitation — they share this guest’s RSVP link and don’t get their own place card. Family who each need their own place card go under “Other Family Members” below instead.

Before you generate: guest names print exactly as they appear on your list — there's no spell-check on a printed place card. Take a moment to skim your guest list for spelling, accents, and nicknames first.

Sending printed invitations? We can also send each guest a digital copy with their personal RSVP link — by text where they’ve agreed to texts, by email otherwise. Sent in your name, replies come to you. We’ll show you exactly how many will be reached, and who can’t be, before anything sends.Available once your invitation is approved
