Questions
Corporate Event invitations — everything you need to know.
What pieces can a Corporate Event suite include?
A Corporate Event suite can be built from 22 pieces: Invitation, Save the Date, RSVP Card, Welcome Signage, Event Badge / VIP Pass, Menu Card, Place Cards, Table Numbers, Bar & Drink Menu, Thank You Card, Seating Chart, Custom Monogram, Announcement Card, Event Programme, Details Card, Coat Check Tags, Scoreboard / Order of Play, Set List / Running Card, Branded QR Code, Signature Cocktail Card, Event Identity and Digital Launch Page. You choose 3, 6 or 9 of them — every piece is designed from the same locked direction, so the menu card and the signage read as one world rather than three separate jobs.
How much does a Corporate Event invitation suite cost?
Flat pricing, by how many pieces you need: $799 for 3 designs, $1299 for 6, and $1799 for 9. That is the whole price — two moodboards, two rounds of revisions and print-ready files are included, and there is no consultation fee and no hourly billing. Printing is arranged by you, so you are never paying a studio markup on paper.

Does the portal do anything beyond delivering my designs?
Yes. Your portal includes a full guest management dashboard — build your guest list, track who's attending, who's declined, and who hasn't responded yet, with table assignments, and a personal QR code for every guest that opens their own RSVP page. Once your invitation design is approved, you can generate a personalized, QR-coded invitation and envelope for every guest, plus a seating chart built from your replies. Once your event has passed, all your designs and files are archived permanently and re-downloadable at any time.
What does my client portal actually look like?
Your portal is organized into five simple stages: Your Vision — your briefing, where you share the story, colours, and details behind your event; The Creative Concept — where you review and choose the direction our designers propose; Your Designs — where each piece arrives for you to approve or request changes on; Your Complete Suite — where every approved, final file lives and is ready to download; and Your Guests — where you manage your guest list, RSVPs, and personalized invitations. Everything autosaves as you go, and your billing and account details are always one click away from the header. After your event your portal becomes a read-only keepsake, and your finished files stay downloadable there for a year — we email you a reminder a month before that window closes.
Are these designs templates or custom-made?
Every suite is created from scratch for your event. We do not use templates. Your vision — names, dates, venue, colour palette, tone of voice — shapes every design decision. No two suites are identical.
What if I don’t have a clear vision yet?
That’s exactly what we’re here for. Share what you know — the occasion, the venue, a colour you love, a feeling you want guests to have — and we’ll shape the rest. Most clients arrive with a direction, not a plan. The house is trained to build a full creative concept from very little.
What’s the process from start to finish?
Choose your suite and complete your purchase — within minutes, you’ll receive an email with your personal access code and a direct link to your private client portal. There, you submit your vision briefing: the names being celebrated, your date and venue, the colours and feeling you want, and anything that inspires you. Your designer begins within 24 hours and presents two moodboards within 48 hours. You choose the one that feels right, and we craft every piece of your suite in that direction. As pieces arrive in your portal, you approve what’s ready and request changes on what isn’t — with two rounds of changes across your suite. Once everything is approved, your final files are delivered: ready to share, send, and print.
What do I need to provide?
Your vision briefing is completed inside your portal after purchase. It walks you through everything gently: who the celebration is for, the date and venue, colours that speak to you, the feeling you want to evoke, the typography style that feels like you, the language of your materials, and — if you have them — menu details and images from your world. Only the essentials are required; everything else can be a few words or skipped entirely. No mood board needed — even a feeling is enough to start.
When does design work begin?
Your designer begins within 24 hours of receiving your completed vision. Right after payment, you’ll receive an email with your personal access code and a direct link to your private portal — use it to log in and complete your vision briefing.
Can I place a rush order?
If your event is within the week, reach out before purchasing and we’ll confirm availability. Rush timelines are handled case by case — we’ll always be honest about what’s possible.
How does the revision process work?
After your first draft is delivered in your client portal, you can review each piece and either approve or request changes. Revisions are submitted directly in the portal — and you have two rounds of changes across your whole suite (each round batches all your notes on every piece into one pass).
What if I need more pieces than my suite includes?
Simply choose the Full Suite (9 pieces) when booking — or if you decide you need more after delivery, you can upgrade inside your client portal.
Do you handle printing?
We deliver print-ready files — 300 dpi, with bleed marks and crop guides — formatted to standard print dimensions. Printing is arranged by you, through your preferred local printer or online service.
Do you offer refunds?
If you haven’t yet submitted your vision brief, contact us at hello@lamaisondefetes.com — we’ll find the best resolution. Once design work has commenced, all work is bespoke and non-refundable, though we’ll always work with you if you need to pause or delay.
